A Real Estate Background
Real estate is in my blood – 3 generations long. Instead of Legos, I grew up playing with 3D scale models of buildings and miniature trees.
I learnt about the business and the people behind those buildings. I’ve seen the challenges and the opportunities of real estate ownership and my goal is to align my experience so I can unlock the most relevant solution for you.
A 25 year Business Track Record
Along the way, I have held executive positions in Fortune 50 companies in Human Resources, Corporate Development and Business Strategy and have had a successful global track record of buying, selling, growing and consolidating companies and their real estate. This unique business background has allowed me to look at the whole business and bring a business understanding to the commercial real estate space, allowing us to impact enterprise value rather than just occupancy cost. I thoroughly enjoy elevating the conversation of real estate in corporations so that executives can look at real estate strategically and intentionally to benefit their employees and their customers as well.
My Passion and Gratitude
My experience, my opportunities and my success is owed to the rich network of supportive professional and personal relationships I have around me. It is what has driven 2 decades of philanthropic partnerships and contributions, financially as well as in-kind; and the fact that our business is 100% referral based, and our client retention is 99% is testimony to the depth of our partnership. For that, I am thankful.
